1. On the menu at the top of the Netscape window, click on the Edit menu item, and select the Preferences item.
2. This will open the Preferences window, as shown below.
3. Ensure that the Advanced item is selected on the left panel (as shown by the purple arrow).
4. On the right panel, ensure that the Enable Javascript item is checked (as shown by the green arrow).
5. For this site to work correctly, the Enable Style Sheets item directly below the Enable Javascript item must also be checked.
